The Wellness Suites were built for solo and small-practice providers — injectors, lash and brow artists, estheticians, acupuncturists, massage therapists, counselors, nutritionists, and more.

Each suite comes with a sink, cabinetry, and counter space already installed. Bring your own table, chair, and equipment, and set the room up the way your practice needs it.
A shared waiting area
Clients check in to a calm, welcoming lobby instead of a hallway — giving your practice a polished, professional first impression.
One simple rate
$900 per month covers your room and shared use of the kitchen and bathrooms. No surprise fees, no separate utility bills to track down.

What's included in the $900 monthly rate?
Your private room plus shared use of the waiting area, two bathrooms, and the kitchen area. There are no separate utility or maintenance bills.
